2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, phone) when you browse a website. They are used, among other things, to remember language preferences, maintain a login session, perform traffic analytics and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

3. Types of cookies used in the Service

• Essential (technical) — enable the website to function: maintaining a login session (My Account), remembering language choice, remembering the cookie banner decision. Without them the Service cannot function correctly.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (with Consent Mode v2): collect anonymous data on how the site is used (most-visited subpages, visit duration, conversion paths). Loaded ONLY with consent.

• We use Google Consent Mode v2 — before consent is given, no analytics or marketing cookies are loaded.

5. Live chat (Crisp)

The site uses a live-chat widget provided by Crisp IM SAS (France, crisp.chat) — an external chat service provider. Crisp loads only after you consent to cookies and is hidden on payment, account and login pages. Crisp may store cookies in your browser that identify the chat session and may process the content of messages you send, your email address (if you provide it) and basic technical data (IP address, browser type) in order to handle the conversation.
