NailsReady Terms of Service

§ 1. General provisions

1. The NailsReady service ("Service") is operated by 100M Sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Franciszka Kotuli 48/2C, 35-122 Rzeszów, Poland. Polish VAT ID (NIP): 8133855259. Commercial register: KRS 0000885682.
2. The Service offers digital products — compliance documentation packages for beauty salons (nails, brows, lashes) operating in Poland.
3. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy available at nailsready.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.

§ 2. Definitions

• Buyer — a natural person conducting business activity, a legal person, or an organisational unit placing an order in the Service.
• Product — digital content (.docx, .pdf files) delivered as a .zip package after the order is paid.
• Package — a set of Products offered as START, PRO or COMPLETE, described on the /cennik page.
• Seller — 100M Sp. z o.o., NIP 8133855259, operator of nailsready.pl.

§ 3. Placing orders

1. Orders are placed via the form on /checkout by providing an e-mail address, invoicing data (NIP, company name, address) and selecting a Package.
2. After completing the form the Buyer is redirected to the payment provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. to make payment.
3. The contract is concluded upon payment being credited; the Buyer confirms this by ticking a checkbox before being redirected to Stripe.

§ 4. Prices and payments

1. Prices in the Service are expressed in Polish złoty (PLN) as gross prices (23% VAT included).
2. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). Accepted payment methods: BLIK and payment cards (Visa, Mastercard).
3. A VAT invoice is issued automatically once a NIP and company details are provided in the checkout form. The invoice is sent by e-mail to the address used for the order.
4. The Seller does not collect, store or have access to full payment-card data — the entire process is handled by Stripe.

§ 5. Delivery of products

1. Products are delivered electronically without delay (typically within 5 minutes) after payment is credited.
2. The Buyer receives an e-mail with a secure link (signed URL) to download the .zip package containing all .docx files of the chosen Package.
3. Files are hosted in Vercel Blob (EU region) — the download link remains active for 30 days from the purchase date.
4. The Buyer also has access to past orders and can re-download files from the “My Account” panel at nailsready.pl/konto (after signing in with a one-time code sent by e-mail).

§ 6. Right of withdrawal

1. Pursuant to art. 38 item 13 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to contracts for the supply of digital content where performance has commenced with the express prior consent of the Buyer before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. The Buyer expresses such consent by ticking the relevant checkbox in the order form: “I consent to the immediate commencement of the supply of digital content and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal upon downloading the files”.
3. Once the files have actually been downloaded via the delivery link, the right of withdrawal expires.

§ 7. Complaints

1. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: kontakt@nailsready.pl.
2. A complaint should include: the order number, a description of the problem (e.g. inability to access a file, damaged .zip package, error in the document content) and the expected resolution.
3. We process complaints within 14 business days from receipt.
4. Products contain document templates, instructions and checklists based on applicable Polish regulations (sanepid, GDPR, OSH). Products DO NOT constitute legal advice and do not replace consultation with a lawyer or a sanitary inspector.

§ 8. Personal data

The controller of the Buyer's personal data is 100M Sp. z o.o. Detailed information about the processing of personal data, the legal bases and the Buyer's rights is set out in the Privacy Policy available at nailsready.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.

§ 9. Final provisions

1. In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on consumer rights.
2. The competent court is the common court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office, subject to consumer rights derived from mandatory law.
3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments do not apply to orders placed before the amendments enter into force.
4. These Terms enter into force on the day of their publication at nailsready.pl/regulamin.
